Privacy policy
Claim Management Adjusters LLC (“CMA,” “we”) collects information you submit through this website — typically your name, phone, email, city, state, and a description of your loss — so we can contact you about a possible public adjusting engagement.
We use that information to return your call, evaluate whether we can represent you, and meet legal and licensing requirements. We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who host this site or with licensed colleagues if your claim must be referred in a state where we cannot appear.
This site may store a record of a form submission in your browser so you can see a confirmation. Do not submit medical information or full policy numbers in the public form.
To request access or deletion of information you sent us, email Jeremy@claimmanagementadjusters.com or call 844-262-9110.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from Claim Management Adjusters LLC (for example, by checking the optional SMS consent box on our consultation form or by texting us first), we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your SMS consent so we can text you about your claim: consultation follow-ups, scheduling, and answers to your claim questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates. We may share information only with service providers (such as our SMS platform) that help us deliver messages, and only to provide that service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at Jeremy@claimmanagementadjusters.com or 844-262-9110. SMS terms: https://cma-tfv-optin-1790083768-1738-prod.twil.io/terms.html
